Steve Smith has trained in Auric Healing with the NZ School of Natural Healing
in 1999 and obtained his certificate in June of 2000. Since then Steve has undertaken several other update courses
through this same school to keep up to date with current information in relation to energy healing. In conjunction
with this Steve being part Maori has allowed him to encompass his knowledge and gifts as a Maori healer to bring
a deeper awareness and connection to his healing work. Steve carries the gifts of clairvoyance, clairaudience,
and clairsentience.
Energy Healing is a method of working with the human energy field to bring about physical, emotional, mental and
spiritual well-being. It recognizes the human energy field and physical body are parts of a cohesive system and
that physical health is profoundly affected by subtle energy. Therefore, repairing tears and holes, clearing congestions
and realigning and balancing the energy systems has a significant effect in the physical body. It recognises the
mental and emotional aspects of healing, and that changes in these states are part of the healing process and are
encouraged. It also recognises spirit in that we are more than our bodies, that we are part of a greater whole.
No two people are exactly alike, each treatment is tailor made for each individual.
During treatment Steve places his hands in the person's energy field or gently on the body to help facilitate clearing
of blocks and congestions accumulated there, to restructure and revitalise, and balance the energy flows to assist
the integration of the changes. The clients own healing systems are activated. This approach to healing can assist
with disease, viral and bacterial disorders to stimulate immune efficiency, for pain relief, to speed recovery
after accidents or illness, reduce stress, release trauma and body memory, to increase vigor and well-being and
for personal/spiritual awareness and much more.
Steve is also a retailer for Bushlore Native Herbs. Maori medicine/NZ Native Herbs have been used for centuries
passed down through the generations. Maori and early European New Zealanders found these ancient herbs had the
power to heal a wide range of aliments and illnesses. The reason for this lies in the unique make up of NZ native
plants. These contain powerful healing properties such as tannins and alkaloids not found anywhere else in the
world. These complex medicinal herbal blends where created by Gregor Robinson of the Bushlore Herbal Co in Whangarei
passed down by his family to deal with the underlying causes of most illnesses. Steve has worked with these blends
for some time now providing intuitive body scans either distantly or in person giving recommendations on which
